Bayside teacher underlines importance of storytelling

In fact, the Bayside Secondary School teacher recently earned her PhD in education at Queen's University by underlining the value of storytelling and its differences and commonalities across cultures and generations.
For Davis, her higher education has been a lifelong process, continuing throughout her more than 30-year teaching career, and a doctoral designation, she says, was never part of the master plan. Instead her post-graduate work developed quite naturally through her experiences as a teacher and her ever-increasing interest in the learning process. And while she admits earning a PhD
